Plaza Research Los Angeles is conducting a new research study nationwide for program managers and decision makers of Health and Human Services. We are looking for those who work for Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF), Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Programs (SNAP), Medicaid, Medicare, and Children¹s Health Insurance Programs. 

We are looking to gain a better understanding of the documents and record-intensive processes in your program area and how you are using information-exchange technologies to increase your organization¹s efficiency and effectiveness in this area.  In addition, we¹re interested in hearing about the state and federal funding trends you are witnessing with regard to of some of your key programs.  All information will be held in confidence.
