Stickey Cup Holder Review and Giveaway

We received a Stickey Cup Holder from StickeyCup.com to review.   I seriously did not think that this would work, I'm not going to lie!!  I took it out of the box put it onto my wood table to read the directions and when I went to pick it up realized that it was stuck to the table and I  had serious issues with getting it off! LOL   I didn't even use water like they recommended and it was stuck!

We have been working on giving Lucas cups of water/juice/milk without the lid.  I love having this holder to keep his drink stationed in place while were working with him on it.  He is unable to knock it off his table just to get a laugh that Mom has to run and clean up his mess!

The Mom in me immediate saw the benefits of using this as a therapy tool as well!  We need to build Lucas's upper arm strength and when I saw him fighting trying to get this cup holder off of his tray, BINGO!  I started putting the cup holder in place and made a game out of getting him to try and remove the cup holder from his tray.   He really has to work at it and you can see his little muscles flexing trying to get it off of his tray.  It's so cute to see how happy he is when he finally does so that he can get his WAHOOS and YOU DID IT's from Mommy! LOL

I think that this holder is wonderful for both keeping a drink in place where it needs to be and as a therapy tool as well.  They have no claims or information about using it in this way but as a special needs mom, I'm always looking for the benefits of multi tasking everyday products to use for therapy tools to use with Lucas.

I need to order another one of these to use for my make up tools!   I love that this stays in place and I can keep all of my brushes and liners in here and the kids can't knock it over into the toilet!  Yes, they have, I won't say anymore!

Another for the kitchen. This will hold all of my kitchen utensils in place so that they won't all fall over every time I grab a ladle!

I love the concept behind this cup holder.  There are so many ways that I can use this in our home.  This would eliminate clutter and save space as well.   My older son wanted to use it for all of his paint brushes, markers, and colored pencils.  He has a pencil stand but it always falls over from the weight of all of the things he puts into it.

My overall opinion?   I love it!  I could use at least 10 of these in my home for all different purposes!

StickeyCup was recognized as "2010 Top 100 Children's Product" by Dr. Toy!

Some more information about StickeyCup.com from their site:

One beautifully simple cup holder, with versatility never before seen in the cup holder world!

The Stickey Cup has been specially configured to securely mount to virtually any non-porous surface, with or without water; however, just a couple drops of water makes for a longer lasting, belief defying, stick. It doesn't use an adhesive that could harm surfaces or prevent portability, rather the Stickey Cup uses a uniquely designed rubber suction cup that is rock solid. The Stickey Cup cup holder is slightly tapered to allow for a multitude of container sizes, whether it be a cold beer during a weekend boat outing, or hot coffee on your desk every morning.

The multi-purpose nature of the Stickey Cup will stagger your mind! Whether used in the office, at play on the boat, at a restaurant with the kids, or presented as a fun and useful promotional gift item, the Stickey Cup finally puts an end to your lifelong quest to find the perfect cup holder!  You may now stop searching, and enjoy life as it is meant to be enjoyed.
