One day is not enough to celebrate and recognize our
Mother's for Mother's Day!
We are excited to bring you even more amazing products from, for and about special Mom's for the rest of the month!!
We were sent a snack bag and a sandwich bag from ReUsies to try, in place of our every day plastic sandwich bags and see what we thought.
It's important to start off with giving you a little information about ReUsies!
What a fantastic way to celebrate our Mother's Day promotion!! Spotlighting an amazing company that was created by Moms from Seattle who wanted to make a difference in the world!! Amazing!
I was really excited to try these because I wanted a cheaper and healthier way to pack up my childrens lunch. The cost of everything has gone up so much and I really don't like using plastic bags, but unfortunately am forced to at times.
I was really pleased with the color patterns to choose from! I knew Lucas would love seeing the bright colors when he had to open his snacks up at school.
What kid wouldn't love having their snacks in really cool printed bags?!
They are 100% cotton lined with leak resistant nylon inside of them and close with Velcro fasteners on the front of them.
Lucas loves them, and his snacks and sandwiches are just as fresh for him as using plastic bags.
I feel good knowing that I'm packing his food up in a healthier way and even happier at how much money I have saved using ReUsies!

At the start of the new school year we realized that our families were going through an average of 10 plastic bags per day between school and work lunches. We do our best to reuse and recycle in other areas of our lives, but there didn’t seem to be a solution to the plastic sandwich bags we were using.
