I'm married to a husband who surpasses my dreams and am the mother of two (soon to be three) adorable children ages two and under and have just begun homeschooling my nearly three year old. Serving them is a privilege and a joy. I've had to adopt a gluten-free diet for a number of years now, and enjoy exploring and discovering new recipes, products, and ideas that pertain to being a mom and/or gluten-free. God's goodness to us overwhelms me and blessings abound.
I love that we live in the time that we do! Eleven years ago, we found out that my oldest son was deathly alleric to wheat and eggs. I was lucky, if I could find a handful of places to go to, that could help me learn to live, without gluten in our diets!! It was a total 360 for our family. We didn't realize how much we used wheat, and that it was in SO many things that we used! Today, you can find so many wonderful Mom's like Amber, trying to share her life, living gluten free, to help others! It was hard for me, but I'm so thankful that there are so many places to go today to find more information, and especially recipes, to live life without gluten! Thanks Amber! Debbie
