I had to post this video on here because it was dead on! I feel this mom's exhaustion! It is a really good look at SPD.
Lucas did almost every single therapy on here today except for the shaving cream. He was a bit wired and couldn't expose him to the texture after we calmed him down.

There is also a video on Youtube that is of a stick figure-- and it shows what SPD is...
(just search for SPD) The narrator is a bit tough to follow, she has an accent-- but it is a quick little vinyet of what SPD looks like.
